What school rule would you change if you could? I would change the no cell phone rule. I think students should be able to have their phones out whenever they want becuase as highschoolers I think we should be mature enough to have them out but also pay attention. At my sisters college you are allowed to have your phone whenever you want because you are reponsible for your own education. We should be able to do that too. Have phones as long as it doesnt destract others. If you dont want an education, you dont want an education. If you do want an education then you wont be on your phone.
